Product Description

 

Fixed insulation material: In areas such as ship engine rooms, cargo holds, and residential areas that require insulation and heat preservation, nails are welded to steel cabin walls, passed through insulation cotton boards, and used in conjunction with locking plates to securely lock loose insulation materials.

Material selection: Common materials for ship collision studs include stainless steel, carbon steel (often treated with copper plating to enhance corrosion resistance and welding performance), aluminum, etc. Stainless steel rivets are commonly used in environments with high anti-corrosion requirements due to their excellent resistance to seawater corrosion; Copper plated rivets are widely used due to their good conductivity, ease of soldering, and moderate cost.

 

 

 

 

Product Features
